The present paper analyzes the systemic transformation of intellectual property management in the context of the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence. In the modern world, intellectual assets have become a primary resource defining economic development, competitiveness, and innovative potential. The research focuses on the necessity for intellectual capital to be not only legally protected but also efficiently managed across both private and public sectors. The paper places particular emphasis on Artificial Intelligence as a creative entity and analyzes the legal and economic challenges arising alongside technological progress. Furthermore, it discusses Georgia's process of approximation with the European Union and international markets, which necessitates the implementation of modern management systems and the stimulation of intellectual product creation.

Research Hypothesis: Artificial Intelligence creates an enhanced effect within intellectual property management processes, simultaneously representing a new object of creative activity and serving as an instrument of unprecedented power for the identification, protection, and optimization of intellectual assets.

Research Aim:

To identify mechanisms for the systemic improvement of intellectual property management and to develop theoretical-practical recommendations that ensure the sustainable utilization of intellectual capital under the conditions of AI development.

Research Objective:

A complex analysis of the legal and economic aspects of the creative and inventive potential of Artificial Intelligence, including authorship, the distribution of intellectual property rights, and the role of AI as a creative entity. Additionally, the study aims to examine international regulatory approaches and ethical standards for the strategic optimization of IP management in high-tech enterprises and its adaptation within the Georgian context.
