Fractality Identification and Data Generation

In multiservice networks, particular importance is needed for the studying of the flow of requests entering the telecommunication network, according to its results it is possible to discuss and solve network-related problems. But, when describing pulsed or structural flows and quantitative evaluation the correlation function acquires special importance, whereas as a function of time delay it is a polynomial and non-exponential function, the real network always contains a limited number of resources, which means that in the process of obtaining a limited amount of resources non-linear events will inevitably arise and as a result the relationship between traffic sources will manifest itself. Overloading causes similar irregularities in control mechanisms such as TCP (Transmission Management Protocol), Ethernet and etc. The results obtained in the paper are devoted to the problems of design and operation of multi-service communication networks.
