Selecting a Cargo Delivery System

To increase the efficiency of cargo delivery, a cargo delivery system selection methodology has been developed, which takes into account the multivariate nature of the delivery selection problem and the integration of goods distribution processes, which is determined by the requirements for production and resource efficiency. A diagram of the formation of an integrated delivery system has been drawn up; the task of selecting modules from many modules available on the market that would satisfy certain requirements of a specific user at a specific time and achieve the set goal has been worked out. The essence of the modular principle of forming an integrated cargo delivery system has been analyzed; a diagram of the formation of an integrated delivery system has been drawn up and the main modules of the delivery system are shown.
The model of an integrated cargo delivery system and the process of implementing its formation in stages have been considered mathematically.
Related to the delivery system - the methods and sources of information for determining the values of delivery quality assessment parameters are given in the form of a table. The element of fuzzy set theory “membership function” is used to represent the subjective requirements and expectations of the client in the delivery process. Based on the analysis of statistical data on the demand for transport services, types of membership functions are proposed according to certain parameters to assess the quality of cargo delivery. A methodology for selecting a cargo delivery system is developed taking into account the multi-criteria factor and the task of selecting a cargo delivery system in the presence of several criteria based on fuzzy sets. Morphological analysis and synthesis methods are used to solve the problem of generating variants; based on the analysis of morphological methods and features of the delivery system formation task, a special morphological table for solving the task was developed.
