Taking into account the logistics requirements of the buyer market, the “Cost-Time-Output” model was developed; alternative variants of the entire enterprise regulation required by the product market and its characteristic parameters were determined; the “Cost-Time-Output” relationship was expressed during various regulations of the enterprise's material flow movement; methods for changing the enterprise's material flow movement regulations were determined; the levels of the enterprise's material flow management system with various target functions were characterized; the parametric optimization method was used to reconcile the conflicting economic interests of the enterprise's logistics chain links and the stages of solving the optimization problem were determined; parameters and sequential stages of solving the problem were determined to characterize the general model of optimizing the enterprise's material flow movement; A general model for optimizing the movement of material flows in the production logistics chain in the space "Costs - Time - Output" was developed in the form of a scheme; several basic modified models for optimizing the movement of material flows in an enterprise were considered: modified variants of models for working on orders, purchases, on the free market, and urgent orders.

An approach was proposed - optimization of the movement of material flows in an enterprise, which allows for the implementation of multivariate planning of its activities within the framework of the spatial model "Costs - Time - Output", which increases the flexibility and adaptability of the enterprise to changing conditions of the economic situation.
