შრომის უსაფრთხოების სახელმწიფო სტრატეგია და სამშენებლო სექტორში რისკების შეფასების სისტემის ჩამოყალიბების გზები

სამშენებლო სექტორი წარმოადგენს არაფორმალური დასაქმებისა და შრომის ფუნდამენტური უფლებების დარღვევის ერთ-ერთ ყველაზე ხშირი პრაქტიკის მქონე ფორმალურ სექტორს. ამასთან, ძირითადად მოიცავს არასტაბილურ, მოკლევადიან, ხშირად არაფორმალურ და დაბალანაზღაურებად სამუშაო ადგილებს და ხასიათდება შრომითი კანონმდებლობის უხეში დარღვევებით, რაც შესაძლოა ასევე უკავშირდებოდეს უსაფრთხოების არასაკმარის რეგულაციებს და/ან არსებული რეგულაციების აღსრულების მექანიზმებს. ნაშრომში განხილულია სახელმწიფოს მხრიდან გატარებული მთელი რიგი ღონისძიებები, რომლებიც ხელს უწყობს შრომის უსაფრთხოების სისტემის ჩამოყალიბებას. სტატიაში წარმოდგენილია შრომის პირობების ინსპექტირების დეპარტამენტის ყოველწლიური საქმიანობის ანგარიში და მოცემულია 5 ყველაზე სახიფათო სექტორის მიხედვით დაშავებულთა და გარდაცვალებულთა შემთხვევების სტატისტიკური მონაცემები.
