ანოტაცია

დიყი - Heracleum ქოლგოსანთა ოჯახის ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე დიდი გვარია. ამ გვარის 120-ზე მეტი სახეობიდან კავკასიაში გავრცელებულია 25, ხოლო საქართველოში - 23, მათ შორის 5 ენდემია [1]. ლიტერატურის თანახმად დიყის სახეობების მხოლოდ 1/6-ია შესწავლილი ფიტოქიმიურად. მისი სახეობები არომატული ნივთიერებების შემცველი მცენარეებია და განიხილება, როგორც ფუროკუმარინების და ეთერზეთების მნიშვნელოვანი წყარო [2]. აღნიშნული გვარის მცენარეები ოდითგანვე ცნობილია ტრადიციული მედიცინისთვის და გამოიყენება როგორც სამკურნალო, ისე საკვები დანიშნულებით (უმეტესად სანელებლების სახით) [3]. დიყის სახეობებს ახასიათებს ბიოლოგიური მოქმედების ფართო სპექტრი, როგორიცაა ანტიმიკრობული, ანთებისსაწინააღმდეგო, ანტიოქსიდანტური, ანტივირუსული,  ანტიდიაბეტური, ანტისიმსივნური და სხვა.
