ანოტაცია

          ქოლგოსანთა ოჯახის ერთ-ერთი კარგად ცნობილი და ფართოდ გავრცელებული გვარია ანგელოზა (Angelica L.), რომელიც აერთიანებს  60-დან 90-მდე სახეობას. ამ გვარის სახეობები ტრადიციულ მედიცინაში გამოიყენება, როგორც ანთების საწინააღმდეგო, დერმატოლოგიური პრობლემების,  ტკივილის  და ნაწლავური დაავადებების სამკურნალო საშუალება. ანგელოზას სახეობებიდან გამოყოფილი და იდენტიფიცირებულია მრავალი ფიტოქიმიური შენაერთი, როგორიცაა კუმარინები, ფუროკუმარინები, ეთერზეთები,  ფთალიდები, პოლისაქარიდები, ბენზოფურანის და პოლიაცეტილენის ნაწარმები. აღნიშნული ნივთიერებები განაპირობებს ანტიოქსიდანტურ, ანთების საწინააღმდეგო, ანტიმიკრობულ, ციტოტოქსიკურ აქტივობას. ზოგიერთი სახეობა ამჟღავნებს ანქსიოლიზურ აქტივობას.
