Abstract

The creation of the work, the title of which is - "The Social Nature of Property at Different Stages of Social Development Abroad and in Georgia" was determined by the fact that property, at different stages of the development of society, had to satisfy the requirements of all strata of society, that is, it had to be a bearer of a social nature. However, there is almost no special work on the extent to which property fulfilled this function, both in foreign countries and in Georgia, despite the fact that individual scientists have touched on this topic in their works.

Thus, the research topic is undoubtedly relevant and the present work fills the gap in legal science in this regard.
