The main direction in present day Medicine and Pharma-ceutical Industry is the selection, creation and modelling ofthe new, safe and effective drugs.One of the most interesting groups of chemicals, the at-tention to which is always high, are derivatives of Pyridineand Pyrimidine. Pyrimidines are the same uracilic basics –the main compounds of nucleotides and nucleosides. Theyparticipate in RNA and DNA synthesis and therefore in im-portant biological processes on cell level and they are anti-oxidant agents.The task of our presented study was the determinationof antioxidant activity of the following products “Endocite”100 mg soft capsules and Protoplasma 5 % and 10% solutionfor injection. Comparison of their antioxidant activity withtest product Mexidol 125 mg and also with “Emprox” % eye-drops.The study results showed, that “Endocite” 100 mg softcapsules, have the highest antioxidant activity - 66.5% andreference product “Mexidol” 125 mg, antioxidant activity is61%. As for other products the results are following for them:“Protoplasma”, 5 % solution for injection – 16.6%, “Proto-plasma”, 10 % solution for injection – 30.5%, “Empox”, eyedrops - 5.5%.Based on received data, we can conclude that “Endoc-ite” 100 mg soft capsules and “Protoplasma”, 10 % solutionfor injection have relatively high percent of antioxidant ac-tivity and can be used in prevention and decrease of differ-ent types of organotoxicity
