Development of a Research Methodology for Personnel Assessment and Candidate Selection Tasks on the Example of the Marketing Department
Downloads
It is discussed the development of a methodology for addressing the problem of assessing the performance of existing personnel within an organization and candidates participating in the recruitment process in the article. The assessment/selection process is assumed to involve the development and application of an artificial neural network, input of which should consist of the values of a set of parameters sufficient for analyzing and evaluating the performance of a marketing department employee. A certain coefficient should be obtained at the output layer of the artificial neural network, which will subsequently be used to adjust time parameters in the modeling of ongoing organizational processes. The paper presents the full cycle of the research implementation: the formation of a parameter system; the determination of parameter weights; the determination and evaluation of the coefficient intended for correcting time parameters in the modeling process; obtaining of predictive coefficient values using an artificial neural network; and the modeling of marketing processes for different values of the coefficients.
