„ახალი მსოფლიო წესრიგის" კონცეფცია საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობების ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე აქტუალური თემაა, რომელიც ასახავს გლობალური ძალაუფლების დინამიკაში მიმდინარე ცვლილებებს, საერთაშორისო ნორმებისა და ინსტიტუტების ახლებურ შეფასებას. სტატიაში განხილულია ახალი მსოფლიო წესრიგის ფორმირების პროცესი, არსებული გამოწვევები და მოსალოდნელი შედეგები. განსაკუთრებული ყურადღება ეთმობა განვითარებადი სახელმწიფოების როლს, მრავალმხრივი ინსტიტუტების ტრანსფორმაციასა და დაძაბულობას გლობალიზაციასა და ნაციონალიზმს შორის. ამ ტენდენციების ანალიზიდან გამომდინარე, ნაშრომის მიზანია მიმოიხილოს, თუ როგორ ყალიბდება ახალი მსოფლიო წესრიგი XXI საუკუნეში. წარმოაჩინოს მისი თავისებურებები და საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობებზე გავლენა.
