სათემო ფარმაცევტები გლობალური პანდემიების მზადყოფნისა და რეაგირებისთვის: ლიტერატურის მიმოხილვა
ჩამოტვირთვები
წინამდებარე ლიტერატურის სისტემატური მიმოხილვა მიზნად ისახავს COVID-19 პანდემიის პირობებში სათემო აფთიაქის ფარმაცევტების პროფესიული როლის შეფასებას საზოგადოებრივი ჯანმრთელობის დაცვისა და ჯანდაცვის სისტემის მდგრადობის უზრუნველყოფის მიმართულებით. კვლევა ეფუძნება 2019–2025 წლებში გამოქვეყნებული 65 საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო წყაროს ანალიზს, რაც საკითხის კომპლექსურ შეფასებას განაპირობებს. შედეგები მოწმობს, რომ ვაქცინაციის კამპანიებში ჩართულობა, მედიკამენტებზე უწყვეტი ხელმისაწვდომობის უზრუნველყოფა, პაციენტთა დისტანციური და პირისპირ კონსულტირება, აგრეთვე, უწყვეტი პროფესიული განვითარება- კრიზისების მართვის პროცესში ფარმაცევტთა მზადყოფნის ძირითად დეტერმინანტებს წარმოადგენს. მიუხედავად ამისა, კვლევამ გამოავლინა, რომ ბევრ ქვეყანაში ფარმაცევტთა პოტენციალის სრულფასოვანი რეალიზება შეზღუდულია სტრუქტურული, საკანონმდებლო და სისტემური ბარიერებით. კერძოდ, გამოიკვეთა ციფრული ინფრასტრუქტურისა და ტელეფარმაციის განვითარების, ტექნოლოგიური ასიმეტრიისა და პერსონალური მონაცემების დაცვის პრობლემები. მიმოხილვის შედეგად ჩამოყალიბდა რეკომენდაციები ჯანდაცვის პოლიტიკის შემქმნელებისთვის, რომლებიც მიზნად ისახავს ჯანმრთელობის სერვისებზე ხელმისაწვდომობის, ეფექტიანობისა და ჯანდაცვის სისტემის მედეგობის გაუმჯობესებას როგორც მიმდინარე, ისე მომავალი გლობალური ჯანმრთელობის კრიზისების დროს.
