წარმოდგენილი კლინიკური შემთხვევა ეხება 57 წლის პაციენტს, რომელსაც დაუდგინდა გულის უკმარისობა დაქვეითებული განდევნის ფრაქციით (HFrEF), წინაგულთა ფიბრილაციითა და კორონარული არტერიების დაავადებით. ჩივილების, ლაბორატორიულ-ინსტრუმენტული კვლევების და ექოკარდიოგრაფიული მიგნებების საფუძველზე დაისვა კომპლექსური დიაგნოზი. პაციენტს ჩაუტარდა მრავალმხრივი თერაპია: სტაბილიზაცია ჰოსპიტალურ პირობებში, კორონარული სტენტირება, ელექტროკარდიოვერსია და მრავალკომპონენტიანი მედიკამენტოზური მკურნალობა თანამედროვე გაიდლაინების შესაბამისად. მკურნალობის შედეგად დაფიქსირდა გულ-სისხლძარღვთა სტატუსის და ექოკარდიოგრაფიული მაჩვენებლების მკაფიო გაუმჯობესება. განსაკუთრებული ყურადღება გამახვილდა პერინდოპრილის როლზე, როგორც RAAS სისტემის ინჰიბიტორზე. შემთხვევა უსვამს ხაზს ინდივიდუალიზებული, მტკიცებულებებზე დაფუძნებული მიდგომის და პერინდოპირილის ეფექტურობას გულის უკმარისობის მართვაში.
