Chronic Heart Failure is a complex syndrome that affects at least 6.5 million of adult population in the USA. Left ventricle preserved ejection fraction is met at least in 50% of those 6.5 million of patients. That data has been published by the Center of Heart and Stroke statistics in 2020. Nowadays, we do not possess the similar information about spreading of this disease among the Georgian population. The scientists have paid huge attention to Chronic Heart Failure with Preserved Left Ventricle Ejection for the latest two decades. In accordance with the scientistic literature, preserved left ventricle ejection fraction (HFpEF) is spread at least in 50% of patients suffered from chronic heart failure. The frequency of this condition gradually increases with age, and it is met especially among women. Based on the epidemiological investigations, the number of HFpEF has been expanded from 47% to 57% during 2000 – 2007. Meanwhile, the frequency of HFpEF has been decreased slightly to 52% in 2010. Right ventricle involvement in pathologic process among the patients with chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricle ejection fraction is a frequent and common problem. It always impacts on patients` quality of life as well as on future prognosis and probability of curing from this condition. The pathogenesis, mechanisms, and prognosis of RV dysfunction in patients with HFpEF has not been fully evaluated yet. There are plenty of questions regarding all those aspects. Scientists and investigators especially focus on Left Ventricle while evaluation the patients with chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricle ejection fraction (HFpEF). Although, medical studies have recently uncovered an active involvement of Right Ventricle in this pathological condition that affects the frequency of patients` hospitalization as well as the mortality rate.
