Abstract

The article discusses the role of intelligence services in the foreign policy of the state and international relations. Active international relations and close bilateral or multilateral ties play an important role in the development of states. It is precisely the effectiveness of these relations that largely determines the domestic and foreign policy strategies of the country.

For small countries like Georgia, the implementation of an effective foreign policy and the correct conduct of international relations are vital. In the modern world, intelligence services play an important role in these processes, which makes them the “invisible rulers” of international relations.
