Abstract

The article examines the profound transformations that have happened in the global geopolitical structure in recent years, primarily driven by the intensification of strategic rivalry between the United States and Russia, with particular emphasis on the Russia-Ukraine conflict. These developments have significantly altered the dynamics of interaction among China, the United States, and Russia, generating new challenges for global stability. The study analyses a new trilateral model of China–U.S.–Russia relations through the lens of China’s foreign policy outlook and diplomatic initiatives. Special attention is devoted to China’s strategic calculations and its approach to nuclear disarmament, as well as to Beijing’s neutrality-based stance in the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

The article places particular emphasis on Georgia’s geopolitical role as a strategic hub connecting East and West and as a participant in emerging regional opportunities within the framework of an increasingly multipolar international order.
