Abstract

The concept of "New World Order" is a very relevant topic of international relations, reflecting changes in global power dynamics, and a new assessment of international norms and institutions. The article discusses the formation of a new world order, existing challenges, and its consequences. Particular attention is paid to the role of developing states, the transformation of multilateral institutions, and the tension between globalization and nationalism. Based on the analysis of these trends, the paper aims to review how the new world order is being formed in the 21st century, to present the features of the new world order and its influence on international relations.
