Abstract

 The article discusses the role of birdwatchers in the development of cultural tourism in the Chakvistskali Gorge. The content focuses on the issues of popularizing Adjara gastronomy and local identity. Ornithological tourism is an effective tool for sustainable development, combining nature conservation, cultural heritage, and economic empowerment of local communities.
