Abstract

This study examines food organization practices in Georgia's various regions educational institutions, with a particular focus on the capital city of Tbilisi. The objective of this research is to uncover the nuances in how food is organized and distributed within these contexts. Taking into account differences in regional food management practices and comparing them with methods employed in public and private educational institutions, this study contributes valuable insights into the Georgian food management landscape. Research findings reveal regional variations of food distribution systems within educational settings, thereby promoting efficiency and equity in access to healthy nutrition.
