Abstract

Thematic criticizm shares a new concept inherited from romanticism: a literary work is, first of all, the revelation of invisible and hidden connections, inspiration. The wtiter’s attitude toward language makes the literary text a place of invention rather than self-expression. Thematic criticism is internal. For those who know how to read, the writer’s relationship to the world, to other people, and to himself is entirely contained in the writer;s text; This is the place where the authors invents himself, gets to know himself. The critic of this direction believes that he should understand the spiritual experience of the writer.
