Abstract
Thus, as a result of the conducted studies, the optimal mode of extraction of total triterpene glycosides from the leaves of Fatsia japonica (Thunb.) Dacne et Planch., cultivated in Georgia, has been established: extraction of triterpene glycosides from raw materials should be done with 80% ethyl alcohol for 2 hours, temperature regime 75-80° С, at the ratio of solid/liquid phases (1:5), the size of the raw material particles is 0.5-7.0 mm.
