Abstract

The electronic suitability factor  and universal electrical conductivity (σ') of thermoelectric material    are discussed in the article. The data on  and  dependences, where T is the absolute temperature, S is the Seebeck coefficient, and σ-specific electrical conductivity, are given.  It is shown that the doping of cobaltite   with    does not affect the σ' - Т and S- σ' dependences, which is determined by the parameter   factor.
