Abstract
Introduction Quetiapine (QT)– dibenzothiazepine derivative, is an atypical antipsychotic agent which is widely used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar mania and other psychotic disorders. Chemical it is2-(2-(4-dibenzo[b,f][1,4]thiazepine11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy)ethano ( Figure 1). Quetiapine was developed by Astra Zenecaand approved by the FDA in 1997
