Abstract
Issue describes "sparing uranoplasty" method. It is compared with other two methods of uranoplasty. Comparable analyzes of results showed, most traumless effect of "sparing uranoplasty" method. The above mentioned encoureged us to recommend this method as a best choice in operational treatment for the children in their earlier age.
