აღნიშნულ სტატიაში აღწერილია თუ როგორ ჩაეყარა საფუძველი ამერიკულ პოლიტიკურ კულტურას და რომ ის სათავეს ჯერ კიდევ კოლონიური პერიოდიდან იღებს, მაშინ როდესაც ამერიკა ჯერ კიდევ არ იყო სუვერენული და დემოკრატიული სახელმწიფო. აქვე აღნიშნულია როგორი ტრანსფორმაციის გზა განვლო პოლიტიკურმა კულტურამ თანამედროვე ეპოქაში. ამერიკული პოლიტიკური კულტურა დღეს სხვა სახის გამოწვევების წინაშე დგას, ვიდრე მისი ჩამოყალიბებისას.
სტატია ინტერდისციპლინურია. კვლევისას გამოყენებულია შემთხვევის შესწავლის (case study) მეთოდი. ნაშრომი ემყარება პირველად და მეორეულ წყაროებს.
