Аннотация

Global climate change has significant and complex implications for children's nutrition, affecting their access to quality food, dietary diversity, and overall health. Here is a summary of the impact of climate change on children's nutrition: Food Security, Malnutrition, Crop Nutrient Content, Water Scarcity, Displacement and Forced Migration, Foodborne Illnesses, Food Price Volatility, Economic Impacts, Long-Term Health Effects. Addressing the impact of climate change on children's nutrition requires a multi-pronged approach. This includes efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to mitigate climate change, as well as strategies to adapt agriculture and food systems to be more resilient. Additionally, targeted interventions such as food assistance programs, nutrition education, and social safety nets can help protect children's access to nutritious food in the face of climate-related challenges. Recognizing the link between climate change and children's nutrition is crucial for safeguarding their health and well-being in a changing world.
