სტატიაში განხილულია ურგენტული გინეკოლოგიური სიტუაციების დიაგნოსტიკასთან, დიფ. დიაგნოსტიკასთან და მართვასთან დაკავშირებული შემდეგი სიახლეები: 1) მოსაზღვრე ლოკალიზაციების იდენტიფიკაცია ექტოპიური ორსულობის დროს; 2) თავიდან უცნობი ლოკალიზაციის ორსულობები (PUL); 3) საკეისრო კვეთის შემდგომი ნაწიბურის ორსულობა; 4) საშვილოსნოს კუთხის შენარჩუნების შესაძლებლობა ინტერსიტიცალური ორსულობის დროს; 5) საშვილოსნოს შენარჩუნების შესაძლებლობა ყელის ორსულობის დროს; 6) მშობიარობის მესამე პერიოდის მართვა აბდომინალური ორსულობის დროს; 7) ორგანოშემანარჩუნებელი მიდგომა; ქირურგიული ჩარევის მასშტაბის მინიმიზაცია; განმეორებითი შემოგრეხის პრევენციული ღონისძიებები საკვერცხის კისტის/სიმსივნის ფეხზე შემოგრეხის დროს; 8) მინი-ინვაზიური მეთოდები ტუბო-ოვარიალური აბსცესის (TOA) მკურნალობის დროს; 9) პათოლოგიური სისხლდენის მართვა მოზარდებში; 10) პათოლოგიური სისხლდენის თანამედროვე კლასიფიკაცია და მართვა რეპროდუქციულ ასაკში.
