კვლევის მიზანს წარმოადგენდა სტანდარტული ლიგირებადი ბრეკეტებით მკურნალობის გავლენის შეფასება ნერწყვში/პირის ღრუს სითხეში კორტიზოლის დონეზე და ამ უკანასკნელის კორელაციის შეფასება კალციუმის, მაგნიუმის, ფოსფორის, ტუტე ფოსფატაზას შემცველობასთან და pH-თან.
