Abstract

Chronic spontaneous urticaria is one of the serious challenges of modern clinical allergology, which causes serious decrease and discomfort of patients' quality of life. A separate problem is the difficulties of its management and the low effectiveness of traditional antihistamine drugs (symptomatic treatment). Because of all this, the agenda was on the development of chronic spontaneous urticaria pathogenesis and developing innovative methods in this regard. Serving the article below to discuss this problem.
