Confrontation of languages and translation problems (on German and Georgian language materila)

Abstract

Contradictory language research includes both theoretical and applied aspects. It is impossible to learn a language without considerering the thought processes, the current changrs in public life, new technologies. Multilingualism and related issues have never been as relevant as they are today. Concept – a foreign language, no longer understood unambigouusly. It can be a first foreign language, a second foreign langauge and even a third foreign language. Contrastinfg linguistics theoretically manifests the models, parameters, and criteria by which languages are to be compared with one another. The results of the research are extremely important, both for methodological and didactic purposes, as well as for translation purposes.
