Аннотация

"Art, and specifically fine arts, serves as a constant companion in a child's development," wrote L.S. Vygotsky. The most interesting and captivating activity for a child is drawing. It allows the child to convey the reality they have drawn in their artwork. Drawing develops the child's thinking, memory, imagination, artistic taste, sense of color and its combination, and fine motor skills. It teaches them to think and analyze. The child already notices and tries to convey the colorfulness of the outside world in their artwork. There are numerous methods aimed at mastering drawing techniques. One of the leading methods among these is the play method. Play is one form of human behavior, especially in children. The German scientist Müller believed that play is an activity, the basis of which is the acquisition of functional pleasure.

As a teaching method, play should meet the following requirements:
a) Creation of a play scenario
b) Involvement of each child in the game

The organization of the play method is carried out by the teacher, who must have the ability to invent and create a scenario, much like a playwright. The teacher must create roles and special dialogues around the specific lesson and topic. Sometimes, the characters and the narrative transform into such an interesting, grand fairy tale that it is possible to stage it theatrically. The theater is a magical world for every child, and how exciting it is when they themselves become the actors, the artists, creating costumes and decorations, choosing the music—what could be a more emotional and grand celebration for children than this?

The play method is used at various stages of drawing: before starting the artwork, that is, at the preparatory stage, during the process of creating the drawing, and after completing the drawing. This final stage will be a type of play where the characters, plots, and specific objects from the drawing are depicted. For example, we ask the children to bring the drawing to life and take on roles. In order for the play method to yield the desired results, it is important to consider the children's age.
