ანოტაცია
მეორე ზემოქმედების სინდრომი (მზს) წარმოადგენს თავის ტვინის მძიმე დაზიანებას, რომელიც უპირატესად გვხვდება სპორტით დაკავებულ ბავშვებსა და ახალგაზრდებში. ის ვითარდება ტვინის შერყევის მეორე ეპიზოდის შედეგად მაშინ, როდესაც პირველი შერყევის სიმპტომები ბოლომდე ალაგებული ჯერ კიდევ არ არის. ამ ფენომენს საფუძვლად უდევს თავის ტვინის დიფუზური და ხშირად კატასტროფული შეშუპება და თან სდევს ინტრაკრანიალური ჰემატომა ზომაში მზარდი მწვავე სუბდურული ჰემატომის სახით, ტვინის ჰერნიაცია და სიკვდილი.
