Abstract

Motivation is a process that ensures employees’ willingness to work, focuses on goals, and drives results-oriented performance. In Georgia, the importance of motivation is particularly relevant as companies strive to maintain competitiveness in rapidly changing economic conditions.  

      In the company we chose as the object of study, it was revealed that motivation and quality of work are closely related to each other. The Kula company has implemented a system of employee motivation to ensure that they understand the future goals and objectives of the company.  Most people work to satisfy their own needs.  Work motivation is complex and important for the success of a company.
