ცერებრალური სინუსების თრომბოზი ორსულობის დროს

ცერებრალური სინუსების თრომბოზი იშვიათი დაავადებაა, მაგრამ მისი კომბინაცია პროგრესირებად ორსულობასთან ხშირად სიკვდილის მიზეზი ხდება. მდგომარეობის სიმძიმე და ამ დაავადების დიაგნოსტიკის თავისებურებები იწვევს ამ პაციენტების არადროულ მკურნალობას. თერაპიის არჩევანი და ქირურგიული მკურნალობის საჭიროება კვლავ აქტუალურ პრობლემად რჩება. ამ სტატიაში წარმოდგენილია პაციენტების კლინიკური დაკვირვებები სხვადასხვა მართვის ტაქტიკით.
