Uterine fibroids are one of the most common benign tumors of the female reproductive system, which can complicate the course of pregnancy. The issues of tactics of pregnancy and childbirth in women with uterine fibroids remain relevant, given the expansion of the boundaries of reproductive age, the increase in the number of first-time births after 30 years and the tendency to the appearance of tumors at a younger age. This article summarizes the modern view and the author's own experience on organ-sparing treatment in pregnant women with complex localization of uterine fibroids, with cervical-supravaginal and interstitial-submucosal nodes, possible complications and methods of their prevention.
