Education and children`s rights

Abstract

The paper addresses a very interesting issue of children`s rights. Children`s rights need for children to know what rights mean. Unfortunately for many years there were no children`s rights and soviet regime believed that everything in the Soviet Union was perfect in this respect. The modern social environment, the educational space, the family needs the right orientation in these issues or, to put simply, upbringing and imparting knowledge.The whole educational space and social environment should try to bring the adolescent in this direction.
