Conflicts and their prevemtion at school

Abstract

This article discusses in detail the problem raised – the frequency of conflict situations at school, the characteristics of the transitional age among students, and consistently describes alternative ways to solve the problem

The main causes of conflicts in the school environment are discussed, which may include interpesonal issues, cultural differences, pressure etc. The various conflict resolution strategies used in schools are expored. Measures that schcools can take to prevent conflicts include: promoting empathy, developing a positive school climate, and providing conflict resolution training for staff.

The article seeks to contribute to existing knowledge by examining current practices, examining the effectiveness of different conflict resolution strategies, and offering recommendations to strengthen conflict prevention efforts in school settings.
