Abstract

The formation of will and character of the child’s personality is carries out by a unifield system of school and non-school influences. It is from the beginning of school age that significant changes occur in the development of a child’s will. The school and the teacher should transform the school work, organize it and subject it to the task of education of will and character. A teacher will succeed in education of willpower and character when he/she has a strong willpower, shows firm character and principles in the process of learning and education. Teaching should be conducted in such a way that the pupil is always actively involved in the work and overcomes difficulties with his own strength. During the educational process, the qualities of his will and character should be revealed and put into action.
