Abstract

The modern pattern of the linguistic development and the high-rise of modern technologies have been coincided by the end of the previous century and the beginning of the 21^st century. The technological progress in closely connected with the socialization of the computer text. The development of IT science is closely associated with the further developmental studies of the modern English Language as the English neologisms have penetrated into the system of many languages.
