Abstract

For ensuring the highest quality assurance of higher education close connection between national quality assurance systems is needed. Free movement of students, staff, and graduates is an important dimension of the European area of higher education. In our article, we will talk about the staff of Telavi State University, who were in different countries within the framework of international mobility. Considering the fact that the amount of  the University staff who took part in International Exchange Programs (due to university size) is not very large, we decided to conduct a survey where we would use qualitative methods to obtain in-depth information on almost all aspects of the mobility in abroad and conformably to discuss its impact on the formation of European visions for individuals.
