Nino Pavliashvili

Main research interests are related to human geography, especially geography of resources for recreation and tourism of the world and Georgia, the main factors affecting on development of tourism industry, on size and direction of tourist flows, examples of overtourism. From 2019 attention is drawn to the issues of impact of corona-19 pandemic on the economy of country as well as on tourism and Horeca sector in the popular tourist regions of Georgia, e.g. Ajara.
