The research area is Black sea coast of Georgia and and other hazzard area in country. The interest of the our research is the coastal zone, its morpho- and litho-dynamics. In the last decades, the technogenic load in the coastal zone of the Black Sea of Georgia, has increased extremely strongly. Changes is happening in the conditions of the increasing rate of the world ocean level rise. An extremely complex geoecological situation has been created on the Black Sea coast of Georgia. Almost everywhere, the balance of coastal sediments is disturbed. The removal of alluvium from rivers that feed beaches with sediment and constitute the main component of coastal zone sediments is often uncontrolled.. On the basis of the conducted research and analysis, recommendations for shore restoration are developed and offered in crisis areas. Natural processes in the mountainous regions of Georgia (analysis and prediction of the development conditions of landslides and mudslides) are also in the interest of our research.
