ანოტაცია
თანამედროვე მაღალტექნოლოგიური კვლევის მეთოდების დანერგვის მიუხედავად, მწვავე და ცრუ მწვავე მუცელს შორის დიფერენციული დიაგნოსტიკის სირთულეები ყოველთვის იყო და კვლავ რჩება ურგენტული აბდომინური ქირურგიის აქტუალურ პრობლემად. ცრუ მწვავე მუცელი, ანუ ფსევდოაბდომინური სინდრომი, წარმოადგენს ერთ-ერთ მეტად მნიშვნელოვან სინდრომს, რომლის სწორ დიაგნოსტიკაზე, არცთუ იშვიათად, დამოკიდებულია პაციენტის ბედი განსაკუთრებით ისეთ შემთხვევებში, როდესაც ურგენტული ოპერაციული ჩვენების განსაზღვრა, ავადმყოფის ისედაც მძიმე მდგომარეობის გამო, ატარებს სასიცოცხლო ხასიათს და არასწორი ზედმეტი ქირურგიული ჩარევა შესაძლოა ავადმყოფისთვის საბედისწერო აღმოჩნდეს (5,9).
