ანოტაცია
საჭმლის მომნელებელი ორგანოების დაავადებები, რომელთა დროს ადგილი აქვს თავად მონელების პროცესისა და, მასთან ერთად, საკვები ნივთიერებების შეწოვის დარღვევას – მალდიგესტია/მალაბსორბცია, მთელ მსოფლიოში ფართოდაა გავრცელებული. მის მიზეზებად ითვლება: არასწორი და უხარისხო საკვებით კვება, არასწორი მკურნალობა, სტრესი და ფსიქოლოგიური ფაქტორები, სხვა ფონური დაავადებები და ა.შ. [1,2]. საკვების მონელების დარღვევა ფართოდაა გავრცელებული ჩვენს ქვეყანაში, განსაკუთრებით აქტუალურია პანკრეასის დაავადებები: აღინიშნება ქრონიკული პანკრეატიტის შემთხვევების მნიშვნელოვანი მატება, პაციენტთა კონტიგენტის “გაახალგაზრდავება”, მედიკამენტებისადმი რეზისტენტობა და ა.შ.
