Abstract
Industry of building materials is characterized by versatile production, where women-workers are over one third of the total. Depending on a number of factors the conditions of work are not favourable and have a negative influence on the health of the women working in this field. General illness level in women-workers is 1.3-fold higher than that in men and various pathology cases are in 12% more: Complicated pregnancy and pamuriency are quite often noticed.
On the basis of complex investigations certain measures have been developed to improve the conditions of work, state of health and medical service.
