საშვილოსნოს ყელის კიბო (სყკ), რომელიც წარმოადგენს ქალებში კიბოს შემთხვევებისა და სიკვდილიანობის მეოთხე ყველაზე გავრცელებულ მიზეზს მსოფლიოში, დღემდე რჩება საზოგადოებრივი ჯანმრთელობის ერთ-ერთ მთავარ პრობლემად.
ჩვენი კვლევის მიზანია იმ ბარიერების გამოვლენა, რომელიც ხელს უშლის კიბოს სკრინინგის ჩატარებას, მსოფლიოს სხვადასხვა ქვეყანაში.
მასალა და მეთოდები:
ჩვენს მიერ მოძიებულია ლიტერატურა PUBmed, PMC, Scholar google, Elsevier მონაცემთა ბაზებში. საძიებო საკვანძო სიტყვები: საშვილოსნოს ყელის კიბო, სკრინინგის ბარიერები, ქალთა ინფორმირებულობა.
დასკვნები:
- სკრინინგის შესახებ ცოდნისა და ინფორმირებულობის ნაკლებობა წარმოადგენს სყკ-ს სკრინინგის ჩატარების ფართოდ გავრცელებულ ბარიერს.
- განვითარებულ ქვეყნებში სყკ-ს სკრინინგის ბარიერებს წარმოადგენს: ტკივილის ან დისკომფორტის შიში, უხერხულობა და დროის უქონლობა, მაშინ როდესაც დაბალი და საშუალო შემოსავლის მქონე ქვეყნებში მნიშვნელოვანია კულტურულ/ტრადიციული და რელიგიური ბარიერები.
