DIFFERENT TREATMENT METODS OF OSTEOSINTESYS DURING FACIAL FRACTURES

Abstract

Conducted analyzis of results of treatments sick with fractures of facia bones and using different ways of osteosintesys. Beside 30 (1-a group) pacients was used osteosintesys with using a wire seam, beside 20 (2-a group) pacients titanium miniplate and screw, beside 30(3-a group) multifunction method of osteosintesys (wire seam and line plates or wire seam, mini plates and perforated plates). On the grounds of the analysis conducted comparative evaluation of methods osteosintesys, designed differential an evidence to him fixacion wire seamstress possible to recommend under single-line and large splinter fractures. Wide spectrum of evidences to using have mini of plate, which ensuring hard stabilization of fractures and low percent of postoperative complications.
