In the modern world, energy saving and its efficient use are important issues, especially in the construction sector. The introduction of energy-saving and energy-efficient technologies contributes to the optimization of resources, environmental protection and reduction of economic costs. The aim of this review is to analyze various studies and technological innovations that serve to increase energy efficiency.
