In the daily development process of journalism, it is important to understand and study the characteristics of different genres, their role and place in the media market. Today, social media and various online platforms really provide the luxury of this, allowing us to sharpen our minds, critical vision and thinking.
From the age of Gutenberg to the age of Zuckerberg, the media has always been, is, and will be both global and local, political, social, and other fields of "pulse reporting" and delivering to the public. The media gives political and social processes a special impetus. Its influence on the society is great and therefore it is accountable. Since, in the era of globalization and new technologies, any person can become a disseminator of information, therefore many new journalistic directions are created and developed, including civil journalism. Citizen journalists enjoy great popularity and public support all over the world.
