Аннотация

The development of cervical cancer is preceded by dysplastic processes in the transformation zone, in the development of which the main role is played by human papillomavirus infection, although the neural effects developed in the dysplastic area are also important, which, under the influence of various mediators change the intensity of cell reproduction and disrupt the pro-apoptotic processes in the cell. By this way the action of neural system contributes to the accumulation of mutations in the genome of cells and their escape from apoptosis. This article briefly reviews the molecular aspects of neural influences that exert corrective effects on the progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia to invasive carcinomas.
